Buying a home is one of the biggest and best investments you can make.  It can also be very costly if you are not aware of all aspects of the real estate process and if you do not have the best information and resources to guide you.

Our team provides you with comprehensive, professional real estate service to save you time and money.  With the latest real estate contract technology, you can electronically sign documents from any location–local, out of state, or out of the country.  We want the process to be as stress-free as possible for you.

Prequalification

You need to know the exact amount you will qualify for to purchase a house. We have very good lenders that we work with that can help you with this part of the process. Or, you can choose your own of course.

You can also use VA’s Vendee financing. If you are considering buying VA home foreclosures, VA Vendee Financing may be an option for you. Unlike VA loans, which are guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and only granted to U.S. Veterans and their spouses, VA Vendee Financing is available to Veterans and non-Veterans alike. It is also available to owner-occupants and investors. VA Vendee Financing is not available on all VA repo homes. Find a Home

Once you know how much you qualify for, we start looking at homes!

Submit an Offer

Once you find a home you like we submit an offer electronically.

Inspection

Once the offer is accepted, you usually want to get an inspection of the property. This is for your benefit to assure you that there are no unforeseen issues with the house; e.g., the roof, plumbing, furnace, water heater, electrical, mold, radon, etc.

Appraisal

Unless it is a cash offer, this is usually required by the lender to make sure the home is worth the amount they are lending you.

Closing

This is when you sign all the required documents and contracts to close the deal and become the owner of the home.
